Urologist Opportunity

An established, physician-owned urology practice in Metro Montana is adding a Urologist due to growth and succession planning.

$450K base + monthly productivity bonus + quarterly profit share
4-day workweek – 2 clinic days / 2 OR days
$50K signing bonus + $10–15K relocation
$1,000/night paid call
Approximately 2.5% ASC ownership
General Urology – subspecialty/niche interests welcome
Robotic surgery, HoLEP, Aquablation, laparoscopic procedures and advanced cancer care
$7M new purpose-built clinic opening in 2027
Independent, physician-owned practice with no PE or hospital buyout
