Compensation:

💵 Hourly Rate: Up to $250/hr
🌙 Night Call: Up to $600/night (includes 2.5 gratis hours)
📞 24-Hour Call: Up to $2,800/24-hour shift (includes 4 gratis hours)
✈️ Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Coverage Provided

Practice Highlights:

Modern hospital campus built in 2020
Bread-and-butter Urology practice
Robotics available onsite (not required)
Busy, fast-paced practice with excellent support staff
Collegial, team-oriented environment

Schedule:

Clinic: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Night Call: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
24-Hour Call: Approximately 1:6 rotation
Limited weekend call requirements
Minimum 3-month commitment required

Skills

Clinical Responsibilities:

General Urology clinic and inpatient call coverage
Clinic, rounding, consults, and OR coverage
Procedures include Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, TURP, Prostate Biopsy, Ureteroscopy, ESWL, Nephrectomy, Cystectomy, Botox injections, and more

Requirements:

✔ BC Urology preferred (BE considered within 5 years of training)
✔ WA license or IMLC LOQ preferred
✔ ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
✔ Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced environment
