DVM Area - $750k w/ ASC & $100k Signing Bonus

Top Hospital in the DMV Major Metro area is actively looking to expand its Urology program by adding General Urologists to join its established Urology program. Join an established, stable practice consisting of 2.5 MD FTEs and 4 APPs. You will operate out of a top 1% nationally efficient robotic facility with 5x da Vinci robots (2x 5, 3x Si) and ASC w/ equity buy-in. Tremendous support backed by 1:1 dedicated APP support and an internal referral network of 135+ primary care physicians.

Position Highlights:

• Opening for General Urologists.

• Tremendous support in Clinic and Hospital. 1:1 MD to APP model. Clinical support with MA for clinic and RN for result management.

• ORs rank in the top 1% nationally for efficiency. Nearly 2,400 robotic cases per quarter (2x da Vinci 5, and 3x da Vinci Si).

• Established referrals within the PCP Healthcare Network & community for incoming physician. Ramp up immediately

• The opportunity offers mentorship and support for younger physicians and recent graduates.

• Starting income range: $450,000 to $550,000.
