Outpatient Family Medicine Position - Choose Your Practice

We’re seeking a family physician with three (3) flexible career paths: hospital employment, joining one of three (3) established groups, or launching your own solo practice with an income guarantee - all in a physician-friendly environment with strong referral support and the autonomy to build your career your way.

Compensation & Benefits

$350K+ annual compensation: base salary + RVU production
RVU Production bonus: $45/RVU over 4,500 RVUs
Proven potential of over $400,000 annually
$50,000 sign-on bonus + $30,000/year student loan reimbursement
