  • Robotics are supported with the da Vinci XI, and a generous compensation model includes a first-year income of $668,300

Professional Highlights: 
  • Join a collaborative group of 5 Urologists and 6 APPs 
  • Flexible schedule: M–F 8-hour days or M–Th 10-hour days 
  • 1 weekday call/week + 1:5 weekend rotation 
  • Choose from full-scope or outpatient-only urology – no required OR 
  • Robotic surgery available (da Vinci XI) 
  • Guaranteed base salary of $540,000 + RVU production (higher of two paid in years 1–2) 
  • $1,350 per weekday/weekend call shift 
  • $50,000 signing bonus + up to $15,000 relocation assistance 
  • 30 days PTO + $7,000 annual CME allowance 
  • Tuition reimbursement + student loan assistance available
