- Robotics are supported with the da Vinci XI, and a generous compensation model includes a first-year income of $668,300

Professional Highlights:
- Join a collaborative group of 5 Urologists and 6 APPs
- Flexible schedule: M–F 8-hour days or M–Th 10-hour days
- 1 weekday call/week + 1:5 weekend rotation
- Choose from full-scope or outpatient-only urology – no required OR
- Robotic surgery available (da Vinci XI)
- Guaranteed base salary of $540,000 + RVU production (higher of two paid in years 1–2)
- $1,350 per weekday/weekend call shift
- $50,000 signing bonus + up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- 30 days PTO + $7,000 annual CME allowance
- Tuition reimbursement + student loan assistance available
