Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Includes Competitive Base salary plus RVU bonus-Total Compensation in the $800k plus range
- $75,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $100,000 student loan repayment, maximum $20,000/year over 5 years
- Relocation assistance
- 401(k) Retirement Plan 5% match
- $3500 CME Allowance
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: BC/BE in Urology
- Licensure: Must have Illinois Medical license
- Sponsorship: J1 or H1B
