This multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Cataract Surgeon to join their partnership track.
Tremendous clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the top of your license.
Compensation is above 90th percentile with great work/life balance.

Full-service eye care is provided by 8 Ophthalmologists, 11 Optometrist, and full optical services.
Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.

Compensation Details:

Year 1 and 2 guaranteed base plus lucrative production bonus then partnership track with earnings to $1 million.
6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
