Comprehensive Ophthalmology Opportunity with a Private, Physician-Owned Group
Practice Highlights
- Join three (3) full-time ophthalmologists (general and retina), each supported by scribes and two technicians
- Dedicated Eye Center with adjacent multi-OR Surgery Center and optical shop
- Opportunity to assume significant Glaucoma and Cataract volume if interested
- 4 clinic days + 1 OR day per week – partners typically take Fridays off
- 40–55 patients per clinic day; 8–12 surgical procedures per OR day
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary + 60–68% collections – incentive eligibility from day one!
- Two-year partnership track
- Established partners earning $700,000+
- Sign-on bonus + 100% relocation reimbursement
