Urology
FL
Updated December 19
A large health system serving the rapidly growing community of Milton, Florida, is excited to welcome a urologist to join their team! This well-established practice offers a fully developed patient panel, consistent surgical volume, and a high level of unmet community demand. In an unsaturated market, the incoming physician will have a robust referral network of more than 20 primary care providers and steady community growth, ensuring immediate volume.
This opportunity is ideal for a urologist who enjoys a broad mix of bread-and-butter urology, values autonomy in clinical decision-making, and appreciates the stability and resources of a national health system. Whether you're interested in a high-volume surgical practice, a balanced clinic/OR mix, or gradually integrating subspecialty interests, the structure and demand are already in place to support long-term success.
Hospital Highlights:
• 129-bed hospital
• Large referral base: 20 Primary Care Providers
• Fully integrated, single-campus setup ensuring smooth workflow and eliminating the hassle of managing multiple practice sites

• DaVinci Xi is available but robotics experience is not mandatory
• Non-burdensome Call
• APP friendly model
• Typical schedule includes 2 OR days / 2.5-3 Clinic days
• Walk into immediate volume and quick ramp up period
• Comprehensive compensation package including base salary or wRVU production, commencement bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment, and training stipend
Location Highlights:

The area offers abundant outdoor recreation, from rivers and state forests to boating and hiking trails, while still providing easy access to museums, concerts, shopping, and dining in nearby Pensacola. Situated near the Gulf of Mexico’s stunning white-sand beaches, residents can conveniently enjoy the area’s coastal setting and natural beauty. With top-tier public schools, affordable living, and no state income tax, Santa Rosa County remains one of Florida’s most desirable and fastest-growing places to live.
