Unrivaled Financial & Practice Opportunity
-This is a true turn-key practice with one of the most competitive financial models in the region.
-Top 90th Percentile income potential. 'Turn-key practice' with the ability to walk into 10,000 – 12,000 RVUs annually.
-Employment: Non-Profit Hospital Employed position with tremendous health benefits and a built-in network of world-class physicians.
-Requirements: Board Certification required (upon eligibility).
-Sponsorship: Programs qualify for H1-B Visa Sponsorship. Specific, high-need locations may qualify for J-1 Visa Sponsorship (time-sensitive).
Flexible Practice Styles Available
-Join a team of four (4) experienced urologists and four (4) physician assistants. We welcome physicians with General Urology skills, and all Subspecialty interests are encouraged to apply.
Choose the model that best fits your lifestyle:
*UroHospitalist: Dedicated 7-on/7-off schedule at a 177-bed hospital.
*Outpatient Only: Focused clinic-based practice available.
*Traditional Urology: Classic model with paid call options.
Transitioning to a No-Call Practice:
The current traditional model features a favorable 1:6 call rotation (or better), taken one week at a time. When on call, the physician covers inpatient consults but has the benefit of a free week from the Clinic and OR Surgery. This traditional call model is actively being replaced by a new, dedicated UroHospitalist program, which will establish a No-Call practice once fully operational.
Typical Schedule (Traditional Model):
Many current Urologists enjoy a schedule of 3 Days Surgery and 2 Days Clinic, though alternate flexible schedules are available, including a 4-Day Work week. Robotic surgery is available but not required for general urologists.
Location Highlights: Central Pennsylvania
-Beyond the exceptional clinical opportunity, Central Pennsylvania offers a superb quality of life with an appealing low cost of living. The area, encompassing the vibrant capital region and charming suburbs like Camp Hill and Hershey, provides a dynamic mix of amenities:
-Vibrant Community: A thriving cultural and culinary scene featuring local breweries, farm-to-table dining, and world-class family attractions like Hersheypark.
