- Perpetual base salary + wRVU productivity

- Join Two (2) Wonderful Urologists, Three (3) APPs
- Midlevels Help round on the Inpatient floor
- Separate Team handles problematic catheters when you’re on-call
- Manageable 1:4 Call – more call = extra $$$
- Opportunity for ownership in their ASC
- 6 Weeks of PTO, Large Sign On, and Internal Loan Repayment
- Country club membership, onsite child care, and a new staff lounge
