We are seeking an Urologist to assist with clinical and call coverage in Indiana. This is a locum tenens role with immediate sporadic dates available, with the goal of establishing consistent ongoing coverage.
Position Details:
- Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Adults Only
- Call Coverage: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night call)
- Patient Volume: 2–5 patients per day
- Procedures: General Urology (Robotics training highly preferred)
- EMR: Epic
- Start: As soon as credentialed
- Travel: Full travel covered
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Active Indiana Medical License
- Indiana CSR & DEA Registration
- ACLS Certification
