- Established practice joining (2) Urologists
- Competitive salary guarantee
- Incentive bonus – 10% of Your base salary paid out annually
- Quality of life schedule – 32 hours of patient contact/weekly
- Call schedule – 1:4
- Two (2) Days of Clinic and Two (2) Surgical Days + an Admin Day
- 22 Patients/day in Clinic and 7-10 Procedures During OR Days
