$750,000 base salary + production bonus

Practice across two (2) hospitals and one (1) outpatient clinic
Balanced weekly schedule:
- Four (4) clinic days, avg. 20 patients per day
- One (1) OR day, avg. 2-3 cases per day
Access to a fully equipped Cath Lab with dedicated on-site support
