Extremely stable practice with consistently-proven, highly competitive earning potential (MGMA 90th percentile+.)
Profits are shared equally amongst all partners - this is a truly democratic group.
You will have a "voice at the table" from Day 1.
4-day work week & 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule = incredible quality of life
