Position Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a structured outpatient behavioral health program focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is a low-volume, high-impact role with an average of 8 patients per day, allowing for meaningful clinical engagement and continuity of care. The position offers a predictable schedule, no call responsibilities, and a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents 
  • Deliver care in an outpatient setting with a focus on continuity and quality outcomes 
  • Administer and manage IM injections as clinically appropriate 
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, and support staff 
  • Ensure culturally competent care, particularly for Spanish-speaking patient populations 

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution 
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent preferred) 
  • Active or eligible medical license in the practicing state 
  • Fluency in Spanish (required) 
  • Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred 
  • Strong patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills 
 
Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $330K – $360K DOE
