Position Highlights:
- Board Eligible/Certified Pediatrician (MD/DO)
- Outpatient Care with 1:4 Nursery Call
- Level-2 Nursery – Avg. 5 Healthy Newborns/Day
- Full Patient Panel – No Need to Build a Practice
- No Hospital Admissions; No ER Coverage
- RN Line Dedicated to Answering Parent Questions
Compensation Package:
- $300,000+ Annual Potential | $257,000 Salary
- Paid for Call with Weekend Differential
- Up to $25,000 Annual Quality Incentive
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | $15,000 Commencement Bonus
- Paid Malpractice + Tail Coverage
- Eligible for PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
