Full-spectrum general pediatrics in a hospital-employed setting
Productive, efficient clinic with 2+ experienced RNs per provider
Nurses room patients and begin H&P to maximize physician efficiency
Inpatient service coverage at a community-owned hospital located adjacent to the clinic
1:3 call rotation; average inpatient census of 2 newborns and 1 inpatient
Collaborate with a busy OB/GYN group delivering 300+ babies annually
Attend C-sections, round on newborns, and perform common pediatric procedures
Base salary of $325K plus productivity bonus structure
Robust benefits package, relocation assistance, and $25,000 sign-on bonus
Target compensation of $390K+ annually
