Otolaryngologist Opportunity: Join a Growing Practice in South Texas
Established ENT practice seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a growing practice in South Texas.
Position Highlights
- Underserved market with an established referral base
- Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
- No practice call requirement
- Dedicated block OR time
- Support from two experienced APPs providing routine ENT care
- ENT focuses on surgery and higher-acuity patients
Compensation & Benefits
- $510,000 guaranteed base salary
- Quarterly productivity bonus
- $50,000 sign-on bonus + $15,000 relocation assistance
- Malpractice with tail coverage, CME, 401(k), and full benefits
