Compensation & Benefits:

Providers in the practice making $750k-$800k+
$650k base salary plus production bonuses
$100k signing bonus, $10k relocation stipend, residency/fellowship stipend

Established, long-standing ENT practice - over 1000 monthly referrals
Bread-and-butter cases; Specialty interests welcome - cochlear implant program, facial plastics, and more
6 ENTs, 4 highly experienced PAs, and 5 audiologists onsite
Full autonomy to design your ideal 4-day work week (32 hours per week) with OR block scheduling
