Outpatient, Loan repayment
Practice Details:
- Independent, not-for-profit health system with 5 exam rooms and plans for expanded surgical services
- Surgical cases focus primarily on bread-and-butter ENT procedures
- Collaborate with one clinical manager and two allergy nurses to deliver quality patient care
Schedule:
- 4-day work week and light call schedule
- Approximately 18-22 patients per day with one dedicated surgical day per week
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earning potential of up to $750,000+ with additional production incentives
- Quality incentives up to $100,000 annually
- Commencement bonus of $40,000
- Student loan repayment options, resident stipend, and CME allowance provided
