Position Highlights:
• Established ENT practice offering comprehensive services to both children and adults.
• Non-profit, 280-bed UNC community hospital, serving as a regional referral center for surrounding areas. Uses Epic EMR.
• 4.5-day workweek with dedicated OR block time. Strong support staff, including APPs and Audiologists.
• Busy, collaborative clinic environment with no immediate competition. Diverse range of cases, allowing adequate time with patients.
• Financial package includes a $495K base salary plus production-based incentives.
