Job Description

  • This is your chance to create a custom clinic and OR schedule with access to an on-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC)

 Position Highlights:
  • Minimal ramp-up with a 3-6 month patient waitlist 
  • 4-day workweek with 1:4 call rotation 
  • Mentorship and collaboration with an experienced ENT and a multidisciplinary team, including APPs, audiologists, and speech pathologists 
  • Surgery scheduling flexibility with an on-site ASC 
  • Independent, not-for-profit health system with 380+ physicians 
  • Competitive base salary plus wRVU bonus, with providers in the 80th percentile
