  • Call Schedule: Join a team of 11 Orthopedic Surgeons with a current call schedule of 1:9, improving to 1:12.
  • Great Support Staff: Each physician has 2 medical assistants and an APP for follow-ups and patient rounding, plus a dedicated scribe for documentation.
  • Recruiting Incentives: Includes a $50k signing bonus, up to $15k in relocation assistance, training stipend up to $3k per month, and student loan forgiveness.
