We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to oncology patients, supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and participate in a 1:3 on-call rotation.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Call Requirement: 1:3 weekly call rotation, 30-minute response time
- Patient Volume:
- Clinic: 15 outpatients/day + APP supervision
- New Patients: 2 per day
- Encounter Duration: 60 minutes for new patients, 30 minutes for follow-ups
- Inpatient Admissions While On Call: ~2.5 per day
- EMR: Aria & Cerner
- Privileges Available: Full Privileges
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology/Oncology
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license preferred (will consider candidates with IMLC)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year required (fellows considered)
- DEA & CSR License: Required
