Job Description:

The Interim Permanent Brokerage Assignment in Alaska
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Duration: ASAP and ongoing
Schedule: 4-5, 10 hour shifts (preference is 5 days per week), Will accept a minimum of 1 full week per month
Shift: 8a-6p, clinic closes at 5p, infusion center is open until 6p. (30 minute lunch break)
Call: light call of the infusion center
Patient volume:10- 12 patients per day
Scope: Hematology/oncology, patient mix will be based on conversation with the staff
EMR: Cerner
Hospital: 176 bed, Level II trauma center
Group/support: 3 FTE MD’s, 1 FTE NP, 1 per diem NP,
Required: Board Certified or truly board eligible in Hematology and Oncology, Active state license in the United states, must be comfortable being a W-2 as this is a Tribal community, 30 day notice must be given, minimum of 1 week per month for coverage, Ideally clean background.
