Position Overview
A well-established healthcare organization in Littleton, New Hampshire is seeking a Part-Time OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, gynecologic, and preventive services
- Perform routine and complex gynecologic procedures within scope of practice
- Manage low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients with appropriate consultation for high-risk cases
- Participate in call coverage on a shared or reduced schedule, aligned with part-time status
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, midwives, advanced practice providers, and specialty consultants
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in the electronic health record
- Adhere to clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines
Schedule & Call
- Flexible part-time schedule (exact FTE and days negotiable)
- Call responsibilities structured to support work-life balance
- Labor & delivery support available with experienced clinical teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $300,000 – $400,000, prorated based on part-time commitment
- Productivity incentives and quality-based bonuses may be available
- Medical malpractice coverage (including tail)
- CME allowance and paid CME time
- Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus may be considered
- Eligibility for select benefits based on FTE
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for or currently licensed in New Hampshire
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
