Group is seeking one obgyn for OB and some Gyn surgery. This group is mostly private pay. Go to only ONE hospital system making it very easy to practice.
Each OB delivers 10 to 15 deliveries per month each. They work 4 office days a week. Their midwife has her own following.
There is a fixed salary with productivity kicking in after 12 months.
There is a 2 year contract with cash flow positive in 6 to 12 months. The current physicians are earning around $600 to $800K average.
The office is located next to Labor and Delivery. The practice has good contracts with private payers above market. No one is on retirement. Young group.
