Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting Salary: $450,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
  • Student Loan Repayment: $200,000
  • Monthly Training Stipend: $3,000/month
  • PTO: 4 weeks vacation, 11 paid holidays
  • Health/Dental/Vision - Fully covered premiums and at no cost to the physician, spouse (if not covered through their employer), and dependents; HSA with annual employer contribution
  • Pension Plan: Annual employer contribution up to the IRS limit
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan: 3% employer match contribution
  • CME Allowance: $3,000 annually plus an additional $1,500 per year for membership dues, license renewals, and subscriptions
Qualifications: 
  • Degree: MD or DO
  • Certifications: BE/BC ABOG
  • Licensure: Must have or be eligible to obtain a medical license in Indiana
  • Experience:  New grads and experienced OBGYNs are equally welcome
  • Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship
