Position Highlights: 
  • Large 8,000 sq. ft. multispecialty clinic attached to the hospital 
  • Average of 260 deliveries a year, with potential for 300+ with more OBGYNs 
  • Untapped GYN service line – opportunity to build your practice 
  • Opportunity to work 4-day weeks (10-hour shifts) 
  • Each physician has a Medical Assistant; additional support provided as needed 
  • Comprehensive administrative support for scheduling, referrals, etc.
  • Open collaborative workspace across specialties 
  • Basic lab in office, comprehensive lab in hospital 
  • EMR: Meditech 
  • Full support of administration 
  • New Clinic: Goal of being completed by the end of 2026 
Hospital Features:
  • State-of-the-art 25-bed hospital attached to the clinic 
  • Level 1 NICU/Nursery; no deliveries under 36 weeks 
  • Experienced L&D nurses 
  • Flexible OR schedule with ample OR time available 
  • 3 ORs + 1 Cath Lab/OR Hybrid Suite 
  • New DaVinci XI robot with training available 
  • 24/7 Emergency Services, 6-bed ICU 
  • Comprehensive services including Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Oncology, Pain, Podiatry, and Women’s Health 
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $524K
  • Call: Shared among physicians
  • PTO: 20 days, 9 Holidays, and 5 days CME (34 days off total) 
  • CME: $3,000 
  • Sign-On Bonus: $25K 
  • Relocation: Negotiable based on costs 
  • Loan Repayment: $171,000 over 4 years, longer if needed, provided by the State of Arizona 
  • Comprehensive benefits including 401K with a 4% match (benefits start after 90 days, with Cobra covered until then)
