About the Practice
Hospital-employed Neurosurgery opportunity with strong surgical volume, excellent APP support, and a balanced spine-focused practice.
Position Highlights
- Practice Mix: ~80% Spine / 20% Cranial
- Team: Join one experienced neurosurgeon + three dedicated APPs
- Schedule: Consistent OR block time + two clinic days weekly
- Volume: ~35 surgeries/month within the practice
Facility Highlights
- Level II trauma center
- 24/7 hospitalist, radiology, and interventional radiology
- Modern ORs and full imaging capabilities (XR, CT, MRI, U/S)
- Air medical transport on-site
Compensation & Benefits
- $1.3M Base Salary plus RVU productivity bonus
- Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment available
