We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician with Wound Care experience to provide home-based care for patients with complex wound conditions.

- Outpatient / Home Health
- 8-hour days
- Schedule is light; current provider completes visits in approximately 5 hours per day
- No call required
Patient Details
- Patient Volume: 5–6 patients per day
- Demographics: Adult / Geriatric
- Visit Type: Scheduled home visits only
- Clinical Focus: Complicated wound care, primarily lower leg and foot
- Patients are homebound and unable to attend office visits
Requirements
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Wound Care experience required
- Active California medical license
- DEA and BLS required
