Overview
We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join an established outpatient clinic serving a geriatric population in Indiana. The provider will function as the Medical Director to provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical services for individuals aged 55 and older. Occasional travel to patients’ residences or partner facilities may be required on an as-needed basis.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Setting: Outpatient clinic only
- Call Coverage:
- Weeknights: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Weekends: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- On-call Response Time: Within 30 minutes (shared among nursing, social work, and administrative team)
- Average Patient Volume: 6–8 patients per day
- Charting: Documentation required within 24 hours
- EMR: RTZ
Requirements
- Active Indiana Medical License
- Board Certified
- DEA and BLS certifications required
- Geriatric care or internal medicine/family practice experience preferred
