Outpatient
Come join our team of 6 fulltime physicians and 4 fulltime nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
Four 10-hour days per week
Average 14-16 patients per day
Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
Behavioral health and lab on site
30+ exam rooms
1:16 call; phone call only
Epic EMR
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (338k+) which includes: Quality incentives up to $68,000, RVU bonus based on annual threshold, Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan repayment (NHSC Eligible Site)
