Medical director, $352K year 1
Opportunity Details:
- Base salary guarantee + Medical Director stipend + quality bonus
- Sign/relocation package
- Balanced mixture of clinical and administrative duties
- Up to $100,000 Internal loan repayment
- Seeing 18-20 patients per day
- Schedule: Five-day work week- 3 days clinical, 2 days administrative
- Call: 1:6 shared call (phone call only)
- Work with residents in ACGME accredited program
- Catchment Area: Serving 120,000 Lives in 3 County Region
- Compliant patient population – Majority of population is 50+

- 72 Bed Not-for-Profit Regional Medical Center
- 6 Bed ICU/ 6 Bed Step Down Unit / Cath Lab / Low Level Trauma
- ED-30K Annual visits with emergency medicine trained physicians
- Cerner EMR system-wide
