- Joining the most innovative Medical Group nationally focusing on chronic care management, principal care management, and the remote patient monitoring
- Your medical group will be partnering with a 471-bed regional medical center located in Northern Virginia.
The Opportunity:
- $300,000 Base Salary via 1099
- Overseeing the delivery and oversight of chronic care management services, principal care management services, and remote patient monitoring
- Monday-Friday / 40 Hours Per Week
- No nights, no weekends no call
The Requirements and Preferences:
- American Board Certification required
- Active Virginia license preferred but not immediately required
- Outpatient, telemedicine, and management experience
- Occasional paid onsite travel to location in Northern Virginia
- Must reside in Eastern or Central Time zone
- Effective communication skills working with hospital employed group settings
