An award-winning, regional health system in the foothills of the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join one of western North Carolina's premier gastroenterology programs. This well-established practice combines the collaborative culture and physician-driven environment of a longstanding multispecialty group with the stability and resources of an integrated health system. Because of strong patient demand and continued regional growth, the practice is expanding from nine gastroenterologists to a team of 11–12 physicians and opening a new medical specialty building with a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center and endoscopy suite that will double procedural capacity. Position Highlights

-$650,000 guaranteed base salary plus uncapped RVU productivity incentive
