The Opportunity:

$1M+ total earning potential with competitive base salary + quarterly wRVU bonuses
Ownership Track – Partnership in Year 1, with endoscopy center equity in Year 2
Flexible work week – Choose from a 3, 4, or 5-day work week with minimal call
Collaborate with 16 GIs & 12 PAs, including EUS, IBD, and liver specialists, on a procedural-focused schedule
Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
6 weeks PTO + CME stipend
