Description

Position Title: Medical Provider – Family Medicine Physician (Primary Care, Outpatient)

Northeast Community Clinic (NECC), a major Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
20 - 22 patients per day
No night or weekend call

Skills

Qualification -

Current status: Currently completing residency program, Board Eligible, or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Skills -

Comprehensive patient care (all ages – acute & chronic conditions)

High patient volume management (18–22 PPD efficiently)

EMR proficiency (Epic preferred) + timely charting

Strong communication & patient-centered care
