We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide full-time outpatient primary care in northern California. This role is ideal for providers with strong patient flow management skills, EPIC proficiency, and experience working in an FQHC setting.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Length: Minimum 6 months, ongoing
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient clinic, no call
- Patient Volume: ~25 patients per day; 20-minute slots, includes 2 telehealth slots and admin time
- Daily Expectations: Ability to see ~3 patients per hour; must be comfortable with EPIC and able to close charts within 3 days
- Inbox Management: Provider must be competent and comfortable managing their inbox
- Ages: All ages
- EMR: EPIC
- Travel & Lodging: All-inclusive available
Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified
- Certifications: Active DEA, BLS
- Experience: FQHC experience highly preferred
- Licensure: Must hold an active California license
