Practice Highlights:
- 100% outpatient-focused role – no mandatory hospital call
- Four-day workweek with generous PTO and family-oriented scheduling
- Direct admit privileges for your patients (bypass the ER when appropriate)
- Flexible volume: 18–20 patients per day, or more if you want to be busy!
- Dedicated MA support and optimized staffing for efficient clinic flow
- On-site psychiatric nurse practitioners with 2-week access to care
- Deaconess-affiliated, 5-star CMS-rated facility with cutting-edge diagnostics
- EMR: Athena, with AI-enhanced documentation on the horizon
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary plus RVU and quarterly productivity bonuses
- Realistic earning potential of $300,000+
- 100% health coverage at PCMH or Deaconess facilities
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
- Generous 403(b) retirement plan with 3% hospital match
- Up to $10,000 annual tuition reimbursement
