We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient locum tenens position in Oakland, CA. This is an all‑outpatient role with no obstetrics and no call, with coverage needed through 2025.
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient locum tenens position in Oakland, CA. This is an all‑outpatient role with no obstetrics and no call, with coverage needed through 2025.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: ASAP (estimated 30 days from credentialing)
- Duration: 6 months minimum, with potential extension through end of year
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday coverage possible)
- Hours: 40 hours/week (includes 4 hours of administrative/charting time)
- Setting: Outpatient – Community Health Center
- Patient Volume: 20–22 patients per day (scheduled; some walk-ins possible)
- EMR: OCHIN Epic
Requirements:
- MD or DO – Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active California Medical License
- DEA and BLS Certification required
- Must be able to treat all ages
