A recently renovated, newly built Family Medicine clinic just 15 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine provider to join their team
Just a short drive to the facility's critical access hospital and emergency services department, experience no shortage of support via this lifestyle oriented, low-volume position.

Opportunity:

4 day work week with no weekends, call, or inpatient responsibilities
See 8-10 patients per day in clinic 9 months out of the year
Full scope, cradle to grave primary care with unmatched provider autonomy
Competitive guarantee base salary dependent on provider experience
Sign on bonus of $20,000 and relocation stipend of $12,500
