Practice Details:

Brand new state of the art facility
Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation
4 day week option
Average patient volume around 20 patients per day with built in "ramp up" period
No night or weekend responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

2-year salary guarantee around $260K-280K+ (negotiable), plus RVU productivity bonus
$300-$350K+ proven income first year
$125K in recruitment incentives
