About the Opportunity
- Full-Time Outpatient
- Monday-Friday, 8A - 5P, but may consider a different schedule arrangement
- Guaranteed base salary for the first 12 months
- Base starting at $230-250k
- Sign-on bonus
- Positions in Goodyear and Avondale, Arizona
