Job Description:

A nationally recognized health system located in the heart of San Diego, CA is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician
Join a team of other primary care physicians who practice in brand new, start-of-the-art clinical space.
The practice has 8 practice sites across the greater San Diego area making it easy to find a great practice location close to home.
Applicants can expect a competitive base salary, productivity incentives, and comprehensive benefits including a defined pension plan.

The Position:

Base Salary Range - $281,000 to $316,000 based on experience
Proven Income Potential over $350,000 via wRVU incentives
36 Hours Clinical time per Week | 4 Hours of Administrative time per week
New Patients Appointments - 40 minutes | Follow-Up Patient Appointments - 20 minutes
18 - 20 patients per day
EPIC EMR
Productivity Bonus Included – Most physicians in the practice are making over $300,000 annually
