Compensation and Benefits:

Guaranteed base salary
2-year partnership track
Flat hierarchy – All shareholders are equal
Proven earnings in the mid- to high-400s
40k in recruitment incentives

5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15)
