Practice Details:

A 72-bed community hospital with an extraordinary medical team of world-class physicians and specialists, top-notch medical technology, and caring professionals.
17-bed Emergency Department with an annual patient volume of 34,000
5 shifts per day, 8-9 hours each
Patient load is approximately 1.5 - 2 patients per hour (including patients supervised by APPs)
Extensive subspecialty support provider
Cerner EMR system used

Compensation & Benefits:

Base rate + RVU compensation, ranging from $230/hr - $260/hr with night bonus and annual bonus potential
One-year track to full partnership and shareholder status
$50,000 sign-on bonus
