About the Opportunity:
- We are currently seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team
- Our facility features 25 critical access beds, multiple clinics, and a strong commitment to community well-being
- Experience autonomy in your practice as you contribute to serving our community's healthcare needs
Practice Highlights:
- Patient Load: 25-40 visits per day
- Work independently with no required supervision
- Utilize a modern Emergency Department renovated in 2018
- Includes 11 private rooms, Lab, X-ray, CT, and ultrasound support
- Multiple on-site subspecialties are available
Schedule Options:
- Choose the schedule that suits you best:
- 168 Service Hours for 1.0 FTE
- Option 1: (14) 12-hour shifts (daytime or nights)
- Option 2: (7) 24-hour shifts, 8 AM - 8 AM
- Ability to work less than 1.0 FTE
- Must work .6 FTE to Receive max hourly rate
- Option 1: (8) 12-hour shifts
- Option 2: (4) 24-hour shifts
Compensation:
- Earning potential of $510,000
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

- Located in the rolling hills of Southwest Wisconsin
