A major hospital health system is seeking three Medical Directors to oversee multiple high-volume EDs across Florida. This is a top-tier leadership role for a seasoned Emergency Medicine physician with system-level administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ED operations across hospitals with volumes ranging from 40K to 100K+
- Supervise multiple freestanding EDs
- Partner with Regional Medical Directors to drive clinical, operational, and financial performance
- Set strategy, develop policy, and lead physician and staff teams
- Elevate care standards and expand the book of business
Requirements:
- Board-certified in Emergency Medicine
- Extensive leadership experience across multiple ED sites
- Strong procedural, policy, and business skills
Compensation:
- $600K base salary
- Sign-on bonus with three-year commitment
